Join us Sunday September 11th for UUCE’s Homecoming!
The tradition of Homecoming that we’re all familiar with started in 1910 at the University of Illinois as way of giving alumni and new students the opportunity to get closer to one another and realize the “real greatness of the University”. The members of the Revitalization Team think that sentiment fits perfectly for our much-anticipated return to UUCE after a summer of vacations and time off! The festivities will take place right after the Sunday Water Communion Service and all are welcome…

Please send your suggestions by the end of August to Marj Askins, Religious…

From the UUA President Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray: UUs Remain Committed to Reproductive Justice
Boston, Mass. (June 24, 2022) – The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) issued its decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson’s Women Health Organization case, which overturns Roe v. Wade, upending nearly 50 years of access to abortion. Below is a statement from Rev. Dr. Susan Frederick-Gray, President of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA), regarding this decision: This decision manifests the worst fears of those of us who have been working for decades to protect and affirm reproductive rights. The Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s…
