Bayside UU Family Camp Looking for a great summer experience? Join us at Bayside UU Family Camp held at Lutherdale Camp on the shores of Lauderdale Lakes in Elkhorn, WI. Budget Open House Meetings
The UUCE Finance Team has scheduled two Budget Open House meetings to introduce and discuss the proposed budget for fiscal year 2023-24. The meetings will follow the Sunday worship services at 11:45 on April 23 and May 7 and will be offered online and on-site. This is an opportunity to ask questions regarding the proposed budget that we will vote on at our Annual Meeting on May 21. Finance committee members will attend to answer questions.
Short-Term Volunteer Opportunity! June 3 – Help to represent UUCE at Elgin’s First Pride Parade and Festival
Hello all, Elgin is hosting its first Pride Parade and Festival this June. The idea has been brought up by several people that UUCE should march in the parade and/or be a sponsor or vendor at the festival. The UU Buddhist Fellowship Invitation
The UU Buddhist Fellowship Convocation 2023 is April 27-30 at the DeKoven Center in Racine, WI. This year’s guest teacher is David Loy whose book Ecodharma: Buddhist Perspectives on the Ecological Crisis forms the theme of the Convocation. There will be dharma talks, meditation, and workshops. PADS Needs and March Signup
Dear Friends, This week the PADS shelter needs: regular flavored coffee pods, paper plates, paper bowls, disposable face masks and disinfecting wipes.
