The response for this month’s Ethnic Eating opportunity for sampling the cuisine of the Land Down Under has been, to say the least, UNDERwhelming. As it happens sometimes, I cannot find any Elgin or even Chicago area restaurants that specialize in Austrian food, so we are dining at Heidi’s Fortune Pub.
