Kathy and I are now back and, in the spirit of Ethnic Eating, if Georgia was a country – well, I guess it is a country but I’m talking about the state- we sampled every kind of cuisine we could. So, I am, and I hope you are, ready to visit the Middle East and see about the countries or Bahrain and Bangladesh. I am announcing them since they occur fairly close together in the calendar. I hope you can join us for both.
On Sunday, August 27th, we will be dining at Al Bawadi at 8501 W. Dempster in Niles, Illinois to sample the foods of Bahrain and on Sunday, September 10th we will be trying out the cuisine of Bangladesh at Sabri Bihari Restaurant at 2502 West Devon Avenue in Chicago.

Both dinners will be at 5:00 pm to allow plenty of time to get there and when the lists finalize I will get the participants so you can make carpool plans if you need to do so.
