The tradition of Homecoming that we’re all familiar with started in 1910 at the University of Illinois as a way of giving alumni and new students the opportunity to get closer to one another and realize the “real greatness of the University”.
The members of the Revitalization Team think that sentiment fits perfectly for our much anticipated return to UUCE after a summer of vacations and time off!
The festivities will take place right after the Sunday Water Communion Service and all are welcome to join us for a catered lunch, games, connecting with friends old and new and getting back into the groove of UUCE!
Remember, masks will be optional in the building beginning this Sunday, Sept 11.
We can’t wait to see you there!
